We believe that emotional and social intelligence is the differentiating factor between average and highly effective leaders.  To that end, we offer the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) for assessment of emotional intelligence as a tool to understanding which areas to focus on to develop a greater understanding of intrapersonal and interpersonal competence.  The ESCI was developed by industry pioneers, Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis, who is also Ms. Quinn's doctoral thesis advisor.  Ms. Quinn is accredited by the Hay Group to offer the ESCI, and is also a certified executive coach who works with individuals on their personal and professional development.
