Through my travels I have come across many business owners who feel they could use some additional support, mentoring, or maybe just some help with accountability to make their business a success. And while many of these people might be inclined to ask for some help through a coach, others are not sure that it is the right path for them.
So, I have been contemplating how I could help people in this situation, who may be interested in coaching, yet may be apprehensive and/or may not have a very large budget to work with someone one-on-one. When Do You Need Outside Assistance?
Many firms hesitate to seek outside assistance in the way of a consultant, as they believe that they do not have the resources, or they think that their issues are not mission critical enough to seek help.
How often have you looked around your house or thought about your life and believed that you do not need to do some spring cleaning or make a New Year's Resolution, because things are just as good as you would like them to be? Just like in your personal life, it is the rare organization that cannot use an increase in efficiency.
