Joann Farrell Quinn- Bio

Joann Farrell Quinn is President & CEO of JFQ Consulting, an independent global consulting firm focusing on the organizational needs of firms worldwide.  She is also an adjunct professor of business and a small business owner of Due Cani Cellars, a boutique winery, which produces small-lot, premium wines from California.

During her career Joann has worked with both established and start up organizations in several countries. Prior to launching JFQ Consulting, Joann held positions in regional and international investment firms. 

Joann graduated from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the University of Rochester with her Bachelor of Arts (BA).  Joann is currently enrolled at Case Western Reserve University in the Doctor of Management Program and is an Mandell Fellow.  

Joann is a member of the Academy of Management and the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organization and Voluntary Action and is also active in many community groups.  She is currently the President of the Security Traders Association of Florida, having served the association in various capacities over the past few years, working to improve educational content and increase participation within the organization.
